How many sessions do I need?

Most users report feeling a difference after 6 to 8 sessions. We recommend you plan to do at least 10 to 12 sessions. You can continue training on a regular basis for as long as you like.

Why is NeurOptimal® so safe?

NeurOptimal® does not give any instructions to the brain. All it does is provide feedback to the brain, like holding up a mirror for the brain to see its own activity. Your brain then decides what to do with that information, there is no instruction given or attempt made to push the brain in any direction. No diagnosis is made and there are no pre-determined goals, your brain can do whatever it wants with the feedback given to it.

Does NeurOptimal® work for everybody?
